I love this place. Their food is really delicious. If you are Turkish- this place is as close as you can get to real Turkish food. The place down the street, Sultan’s Kitchen is so “americanized”. If you are looking for a real Turkish meal, this is the place to go. They have great selection and their meze bar is full of stuff.
Their lunch specials are also very nice, about $10 on average!
Don’t miss their oven-baked rice pudding for dessert, they make it so well! Sometimes I go there on my mid-afternoon brake just to have that!
Even if it’s a crazy place for lunch, they are now open for dinner on certain days- I think Fri and Sat. They have waiters and the service is good, nothing like the fast pace lunch crunch. Try it, you’ll love it!

I love these people. The food is made fresh. The bread they use is baked in Boston. The desert cookies come from Somerville (no jokes please; i’m just a fan of local food supplies).
Today was my first visit. I ordered the swordfish kebab, which was quite tasty. I also ordered bakalava. An hour after leaving, I realized I left the bakalava, went back, and the cashier smiled at me. “Go ahead and take one.”
Good food made and sold by good folks. I’ll be going back a lot more.

I love this place. It’s tucked away in a cool little off-the-beaten-path location downtown and has awesome food. You can get a lot of fresh food for 8 dollars there. Since it’s Mediterranean, there are many options for vegetarians. Highly recommended

The Best Halal food restaurant in Boston is definetely Boston Kebab House. Friendly atmosphere, tasty food, great waitress service and low prices makes you come there not once. Feels like back home in Turkey. Thank you.

Boston Kebab House is conviniently located in the Downtown area. It has 2 floors. One is a kind of cafe, the other is a very romantic peaceful restaurant. The interior is very simple, good-looking, in a sophisticated mediterranean style. The food is highly delicious(taste, smell and serving). The portions are extremely big, huge I would say. And the prices are surprisingly low. For the soup, 2 appetizers, a great Turkish kebab, dessert and strong turkish tea I paid just 15 bucks. Wow! this place is cool! The waitress is a sweetheart, polite and cute. The service is great. I will definetely be back!
Pros: The service is great, the food is delicious, lots of seating place, low prices

I really enjoy eating at this restaurant. Owners and cooks are very warm and friendly. The variety is superb, too. Boston needed a nice/clean kebab place for a long time. Being Turkish, I think I have the authotrity to judge the kebab quality: Boston Kebab House by far makes it best. Even if you’re not a meat-person they have vegetarian appetizer choices, which can be nutricious enough to replace a meal.
If you want a place that you don’t wanna waste time, money, and appetite, you are at the right spot. Believe me, you’ll be friends with the people over there because you will keep showing up over and over again.
They also have catering service, last week I ordered for 40 people at work. The food was on time with every necessary utensils. Everybody loved it!!! I strongly recommend this restaurant.
